Dr. Art Graziano is a preeminent leader in the field of human resources with vast academic, strategic, and special expertise in all related domains including contract negations, mediation, labor relations, benefits and policy development.
The unique output yielded because of his ability to couple his robust knowledge base with his ability to fuse authenticity and compassion into otherwise potentially sterile discussion is unparalleled in the field.
When I really need help with a complex situation, Dr. Art Graziano is the first person I call.

Tim Flynn
CEO/Managing Partner, Flynn Financial, NEW ROCHELLE, NY
I have found Dr. Graziano, or “Dr. G” as I like to call him, to truly be at the pinnacle of his craft. Without hesitancy, I routinely bring him into any of my institutional clients whether in the governmental, non-profit or for-profit sectors for virtually any “people-related” issue(s) they may have. Over the past decade, I have used him as a real “Dr. Fixit” in the HR space and my clients have routinely thanked me for the introduction. Whether a simple ‘block-and-tackle’ project; or a more detailed project such as designing an integrated Executive Comp to attract, retain and motivate talent; or a more delicate Labor Negotiation and Meditation, his breadth of knowledge and experience with regards to human resources matters is most impressive and, unlike most consultants he is a team-player and works in a cooperative and non-adversarial way with the employees and external advisors alike to make the organization better. I give Dr. G 5-Stars and a ringing endorsement!
